Hope's 3rd Birthday

Let's travel back in time...all the way back to 2007...my first cake using an actual star tip! I was so very proud of myself! Little Hope LOVED JoJo's Circus, but naturally, nowhere around here even knew who JoJo was! Luckily I was able to go online and find the toys that decorated the top of the cake.

The cakes are made using the Pampered Chef glass mixing bowls and the cake is decorated using my signature buttercream icing tinted aqua, green, and red. It was a hit and I instantly became Hope's hero!

With the leftover cake batter, I made a few cupcakes, letting the whole world know who had a birthday and her age!
